Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to help manage the Operations of Jiddler’s Tipple! Your core responsibilities will be managing Operations and Logistics. However, since Jiddler’s Tipple is a small, fast-growing business, the role will be extremely varied and give you the opportunity to be involved in many areas of the business including finance and accounting, event management, customer service, account management, e-commerce management, production forecasting and supplier management. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in lots of other exciting projects as the role progresses.
This will initially be an internship for 6-12 months to cover maternity leave, with a view to offering a permanent role should all parties find it a good fit.
We are looking for someone flexible, ambitious, charismatic, smart, great at spinning multiple plates, and eager to learn. A bit about Jiddler’s Tipple
We launched in October 2019 and have since grown rapidly. Based in Turnpike Lane, we make delicious, approachable, inclusive and socially responsible beer. Our award-winning beers are gluten free, vegan, carbon negative, made with 40% solar power and lower-abv (3.8%). They are also wrapped in vintage shirt patterns (so they look as good as they taste!).
Since launching we've won dozens of awards across the range, amassed over 13,000 Instagram followers, sold 500,000 pints, seen 75% YoY growth and launched in Whole Foods, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Stonegate. We are looking for the right people to join the journey and help fuel the next phase of growth.
What’s involved
- Supporting the sales team by overseeing and managing day-to-day logistics of B2B and B2C orders
- Manage the financial stability of the business through invoicing and credit control
- Management of our website and e-commerce platforms - ensuring accurate and up to date information
- Planning and managing events as well as helping to run the event and (we already have a busy 2025 Summer planned!)
- Managing our supply chain including production forecasting, 3PL and supplier management, order processing and e-commerce management
- Upholding excellent levels of customer service with our business accounts and consumers
- Supporting the wider operations on projects and areas of improvement
- There is flexibility to get involved in other areas that you are skilled and/or interested in - such as social media, marketing, account management. Since we are a small, fast growing and evolving business, the role can develop with you
- Willingness to get get stuck in and jumping in on other tasks as required
- Leading parts of our month end financial processes

- Attention to detail
- Ideally experience in previous operations roles with a strong track record of success
- A people person - excellent relationship/rapport building and interpersonal skills with customers, consumers, internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively face to face, by phone and via emails
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise work
- Flexibility to work from home as well as occasional evening/weekend work
- Tech savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and ideally sales or customer relationship management software
Remuneration
- Salary is £20-30k depending on experience.
- Equity options available should the role progress to permanency
- Open and flexible to different ways of working depending on experience level including possibility of part time
- 30 days holiday (including public holidays) - pro-rata
